A natural Australian sapphire gem. The rough was ground dug at Inverell NSW. It has that Australian steely blue hue. No treatment, straight from ground to cutter, very rare these days. Considered VVS grade at 1.02 carats, 5.6mm round, deep cut at 3.8mm, it is a very fine gemstone, a steal for $490. Plus P+P.
